Our email spam vendor started flagging some of our listserv digest emails as spam.  When we sent them a sample for specific analysis, they said it was due to a malformed boundary string, which is treated as suspicious:

Content-Type: multipart/related; type="text/html";
	boundary="----------------------------"

Looking inside some of these emails, the use of that boundary string is not happening all the time.
We are running 16.0.  Is there a configuration option to change this, or is this fixed in a newer version?
