By  default ("Auto-Delete=  Yes"), LISTSERV  tries to  delete users  that
cause  bounces,  but  in  many   cases  the  bounce  message  is  totally
unintelligible and there  is no easy way to identify  the user it applies
to, so LISTSERV doesn't do anything.
