There are 3 answer sections:

 -How to register a password for LISTSERV
 -Subscribers want to get copies of their own messages
 -Subscribers say that they are not getting messages from the list

The 3rd section details a 'test' you can perform to quickly test delivery of
mail from LISTSERV to any list member's (subscribed) address.  

Site Admins can make a site-wide modification to the SETINFO mail template,
as suggested in this tech tip, so that it works for all lists on their site.
