I am working on an issue that has me stumped. A list owner sent a
message through a list. The list history report shows that the message
was sent. The user, however, reports that the subscribers she contacted
did not get the message. I've covered the basics, spam folders, send
permissions. Is there something that I am missing? I still suspect an
end user issue but want to cover my bases.
