Some more details would be in order.  There's a ongoing discussion at
this site on the large numbers of duplicates that are being reflected
into some of our lists from subscriber RoadRunner systems in Dallas, Waco,
Austin and San Antonio.  Microsoft might not be at fault here.  Not that
they surely aren't guilty of something else....
