All this seems to me a highly elaborate way to make complicated what could easily be left up to the user. Prohibit attachments, flat out, and let the user figure out how to get the information out. Two ways occur to me: convert it to flat ascii and send it as a mail message, or (how I'd do it) put it on a Website and send a notice that it's there to the list. If there's a clickable link in the email, it doesn't matter where the file actually _is_; and putting it in the list archive strikes me as unnecessarily complicated (particularly since half the time it'll be unreadable anyway). -- Russ __|~_ Russell A.
