That is what we do.   Subscribers are asked to include "only a few key
sentences of the post to which they are replying".  This can be done on
AOL, but the way AOL has things set up it does make it confusing.  If you
simply hit the reply key on AOL you will have a blank email in front of you
that makes you think nothing has been quoted, when the entire message
actually has been quoted.  However, if you just highlight what you want to
quote and then hit the reply key, only what you want to quote will be
included in the reply.
