We are working to move a web site to an off site hosting company.  Normally, a weekly message is placed in a folder and with a chron job the message is sent to my list for me to "OK" every Wednesday morning at 8:10 AM and set the message to go out at 5:00 PM that same day.  The offsite developers made it look like I was personally sending the message to the list and that I had already approved the message.  Imagine my suprise to come in this morning and find the usual 2500 bounced messages in my mailbox today instead of on Thursday AM.  It is just that easy to get around the approval process?  Here is the message I received from the mailer Daemon:

After that the Table of Contents was listed.

I never received the message to "OK".  It just went out.  How did this happen?  Why is it so easy?
