First, the AOL subscribers who complained about not receiving mail from your list should check to make sure they do not have not activated AOL's antispamming measures because that could block your list's postings. Second, the mail transport agent on the system that handles your Listserv's mail transit might not be configured to handle the large CNAME entries that AOL is known for. If you're using Sendmail, check the Web site at http://www.sendmail.org for a remedy to this problem.
