It's not clear to me what you're looking for where. I'd try to access the new log files in a variety of methods, including: INDEX listname SEARCH "some phrase you know is in the file" IN listname via the web interface if it is installed If INDEX and SEARCH find the archive files you created but they don't show up in the web interface, I'd refresh the mailing list header and see if that makes LISTSERV rebuild the web archives so they include the new files. (The easiest way to do this is via the web interface; go into the mailing list management page, select the appropriate mailing list, click on "Configure", and without changing anything click on "Update".)
