The error report is indicating who the final recipient was, not who might be subscribed e.g., a forward was setup. So start scanning for BANKS or XXX.XXX Sometimes doing NSLOOKUP on XXX.XXX gives add'l info. If worse comes to worse, solicit LISTSERV maintainer (you?) to create a DISTRIBUTE MAIL job to all list recipients in order to "force" a bounce back to you from the offending "real" subscriber. Or use the LISTSERV(R) PROBE feature of all recipients (one time). /Pete At 01:11 08/22/2000 Tuesday, Blaine Thompson wrote: >Am getting a daily error report which includes 228 bounces between >01/26/2000 and 08/21/2000 for: > >>228 01/26 08/21 Bill Banks <[log in to unmask]> >> Last error: User unknown
