Thought I'd repost this to the group to spread the knowledge base of tickets a bit. Yes, my lists are set up as such. They are also private, and all postings must be approved. However, tickets create a method that is tied to an email address that already exists in Listserv. It is specific to the email address that was sent the URL. It isn't something can be setup on a web page for all to use.
