There are acutally no patches. You just download the package of your
choice and it contains the latest version, i.e. 1.8d, 2000b  level
set currently. If, let's say, 2000c level set was released, then you
just download the package again (same filename on the server,
ftp://ftp.lsoft.com/LISTSERV/UNIX/Linux.tar.Z and
ftp://ftp.lsoft.com/LISTSERV/UNIX/common.tar.Z for the Linux version
for example), install it and you will have 2000c level set. It's
really easy.
