ATTACHMENTS=NO does not specifically relate to DIGESTs. Similarly, though you would intuitively think that NO means NO, it seems to mean NO for non-text based documents e.g., octet encodings. Things like .VBS are not filtered. Nevertheless as others have attested on LSTOWN-L, sometimes these MIME attachments interact with other elements of the Digest including BOTTOM_BANNER template (that occurs toward the top of the Digest). When someone has problems with their MIME digest, I almost always advise them to SET NOMIME.
