LISTSERV does not permit any changes to the From: address who is the author of the mail. If you want the mail to appear to come from [log in to unmask] then you must use an email program configured with that address, rather than your own email address ([log in to unmask]). If you are posting via LISTSERV's www interface, then you must log in under the desired name. If you log in as [log in to unmask] then that will be the From: address. (This is why we don't recommend using the WWW interface for posting messages as it is less felxible than a DISTRIBUTE job.) >and second question is I don't want the listServ to send back the orginal message when it requests for the confirmation. This is required for security reasons, so that you can verify the origin of the message is genuine. It cannot be disabled.
