Ah but if you do this the logs are captured just fine even when running the process in the foreground, 'script && ./go'. And in another window 'tail -f typescript'. Works like a charm. :) > >The problem with bounced messages being sent to the sender is happening > >on all lists, so yes I'm dealing with all the lists. The problem appears to be either this person's MUA or MTA (and most likely the former) adding the 'Errors-To:' header which Postfix on the mailserver is taking as gospel when it needs to send out the bounce messages. Bottom line it doesn't appear to be a Listserv problem at all but here's an example of a bounced message with full headers. >Date: Fri, 26 Jan 2001 10:26:26 -0600 (CST) >From: [log in to unmask] (Mail Delivery System) >Subject: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender >To: [log in to unmask] >MIME-Version: 1.0 > >Content-Description: Notification >Content-Type: text/plain > >This is the Postfix program at host mail.dogbark.com. > >I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned >below could not be delivered to one or more destinations. > >For further assistance, please contact <[log in to unmask]> > >If you do so, please include this problem report.
