I can't find the template for this.  Is there one, which I overlooked, or
is it "hardwired?"

Please supply your full name, as  in "SUBSCRIBE XXXXXXXX Joe H. Smith".
Alternatively, if you want to subscribe anonymously, send the command:
"SUBSCRIBE XXXXXXXX  Anonymous". Your subscription will  then be hidden
automatically.
