Here is a copy of the list "header," ... If he gets only #2 and not #1 then his ISP is blocking mail with RFC821 MAIL FROM:<> which is not allowed according to internet standards. See http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/lsv-faq.stm#5.16 If he gets both, then the problem is elsewhere, perhaps mail filters. Detailed logging of mail traffic may be required.
