If so, you can put any address you please for the first parameter of the Editor= keyword. That address will receive the items for approval but will not have athority to do anything else. There is a Moderator= keyword but I can't say anything about it, never having used it, and the ins-'n-outs of it may be puzzling to the unitiated. Never wanted to use it so never studied up on it. A loner can get swamped with approval items, but, well, after ten or so years for several lists with semi-moderation I can say it can be worth it, seeing the list grow into what one envisioned. No way would I ever allow a "moderator" acess to list settings. Douglas
