Michael, MS IIS provides Host Header Names support to Host Multiple Sites from One IP Address http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q190/0/08.ASP Jim Walker The Morino Institute Webmaster -----Original Message----- From: LISTSERV give-and-take forum [mailto:[log in to unmask]]On Behalf Of Michael Shannon Sent: Monday, April 02, 2001 10:16 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Specifiying web port for wa.exe I'm attempting to get the web archives running on a machine that already has another web service on it. The other service has particular access restrictions so it's unworkable to to run both it and wa.exe from the same IP address and port (currently port 80). Two questions I'd like to ask are: 1. Is it possible to specify wa.exe to run via another web port other than the default of 80? 2. Has anyone else had experience running wa.exe and another web service with separate IP addresses on the same machine? Our environment is Windows NT with MS IIS 4.0 and LISTSERV 1.8(d). Thanks in advance for any help. Chazzozz!!
