It seems to happen every time @home does any sort of maintenance on
their mail servers - then their users have to convince them to let Listserv
mail through.  @home, AOL, MSN, Hotmail, and Yahoo seem to cycle
this way (Listserv unsubbed all of my MSN members last week because of
bounces)
