There should be no spaces in the header line behind the commas, so the top one is correct for this. Approvals are sent with a blank Return-Path header (Return-path: <>) that many ISPs filter out. To test this, have your co-owner send the following two commands to the server: info listname thank The "thank" command will send a reply with a blank Return-Path header, "info listname" (substituting your list name) will generate a separate reply with the Return-Path header filled in with the listname-owner address. If your co-owner doesn't get the "thank" response, then they are likely being blocked by their server.
