Now tell me - are these lists *SO* high traffic that if you subscribe the user to 25 lists now, and then wait an hour and subscribe him to the next 25 lists, that he will miss *THAT* much traffic from the second set of 25? Consider that if the user had decided to subscribe an hour later, he would have missed that mail *anyhow*.
