The issue with the Cisco PIX firewall is intermittent.  In certain versions of
the software the problem relates to the CRLF.CRLF that ends the SMTP DATA
portion of the message where the CRLF.CRLF is broken across separate packets.
This means it also depends on the message length (including headers) so when it
will occur is unpredictable.  8-(
