No.  You can configure LISTSERV so that certain 'preferred' reply addresses will
be configured in the message headers.  But that is all.  The things you cannot
control are

a) which 'reply' button (of several possible) the user will press
b) whether the user's mail program will pay any attention to the 'preferred'
addresses you have arranged for LISTSERV to put in the mail headers.  (There is
ambiguity in the applicable standards and not all programs behave the same way.)
c) what address(s) the replier will finally/manually choose to send mail to.
