The easiest way to modify them is to use the online interface by going to /wa.exe?ADMIN. Choose one of the 'Customise...' links and go from there. I also highly recommend reading Chapter 9 of the Owner's Manual which explains in good detail about how templates work and are created. Of great importance is the naming convention used to identify each template and its use. Chazzozz!!
