Without examples it's hard to answer.  But why assume the DNS must be at fault.
Domain names like hotmaail.com and yahool.com produce a lot of these errors
because the domains do not in fact exist and that is the normal way DNS will
report this.  If in doubt, double check with actual manual lookup of the domain
in question.
