I received an email with an attachment named "Picture" with no other
identifying information. (see below) The only app I could open it in was
Word, which revealed its contents as:

CONTENTS
CONTENTS
MailStream
MailStream
MS Sans Serif
RichEditFlags
RichEditFlags

I searched the net for "RichEditFlags" but all I came up with was copies of
the same attachment archived in mailing lists. Any clue what it is?
