Hello all can someone explain how the SMTP 'listener' in the Windows NT version of LISTSERV works? Does it accept email from a relaying server with a normal SMTP transaction or does is act more like an end-user client and dumbly accepts all mail traffic pushed it's way? Similarly, how does LISTSERV hand outgoing mail off to the relay? Is it with an SMTP transaction or through regular network traffic? I'm trying to trouble-shoot some network problems that seem to appear only when LISTSERV is active and this will help me to understand what to look for. Chazzozz!!
