There is no way this is a Comcast problem. First of all I have downloaded and installed Comcast software, months ago. Secondly, I have spent umpteen hundred hours on phone with Comcast to get switched over, also over a period of 3 months. Thirdly, I was easily able to change the info on the Caravan-All list, no problems there so this is not a Comcast problem or I would not have been able to switch the one list. Somewhere on that list it has an error in the owner email which is all I can think of. It might have my name in there, but the wrong address. I can't see that my calling Comcast would be of any use. What can I tell them, that I am on two lists and one works and one doesn't? They will just refer me back to the List for help.
