This seems to be affecting ONLY Hotmail users. There's your clue ... it is a HOTMAIL problem, or the mail server that it trying to sent to hotmail users. It is NOT a LISTSERV problem. Set these folks to DIGEST. For a proper analysis, you would need a hotmailer to send you two distributed with all RFC email headers namely the RECEIVED lines. Read those headers from the bottom UP and look at the first place that they differ. That will be where the transmission mechasism (MTA) is repeating the sending. /Pete
