I hope someone can help with this one. I've just seen a bunch of errors come through our busiest list that were the form of rejected postings. The reason given for rejection was exceeding the maximum message size of 300 lines (which I've explixitly set in the header). I'm happy to see that LISTSERV is capturing large posts but the problem here is that it captured its own digests. All the errors were generated by plaintext digests. Shouldn't LISTSERV be able to tell the difference between an external post from a subscriber and an internally generated message? Why did only the plaintext digests get caught and not the MIME digests? Is there a variable I need to configure to stop it from happening again? LISTSERV will cut an interim digest when the daily message limit is reached...how about total line limit? Thanks in advance for any advice. -- Regards, Michael Shannon Webmaster [log in to unmask] http://www.towersoft.com.au/ http://www.towersoft.co.uk/ http://www.ustrim.com/ Chazzozz!!
