Below is a message I received at my 'request' address. Since it is set up to reply with a message (including how to subscribe, unsub, etc), does this mean that my request address has just been signed up for this 'opt-in' spam? I sure hope not - I get enough as it is. This could be a nasty exploitable 'bug' if found out by spammers if it does work that way. ------- Forwarded message follows ------- Date sent: Sun, 05 May 2002 22:24:37 -0400 From: "101funpages.com - Funpages Confirmation from ListManagerSQL" <[log in to unmask]> Subject: Confirmation needed to subscribe to 101funpages To: [log in to unmask] Send reply to: "101funpages.com - Funpages Confirmation from ListManagerSQL" <[log in to unmask]> www.101Funpages.com - The World's Greatest Funpages Hi, Your confirmation is needed for our following eZine(s): 101funpages By replying to this message, you will be confirming to the list(s) above.
