The 'unlisted list' option at the botoom of the lists page is simply a link
to a form that requests the name of the list in order to access the unlisted
list.  It does not provide you with information anywhere what specific lists
are confidential.  You have to know the name of the list to get past this point
and of course you need to have access to the archives to ever read them.
