Exchange will see all mail from your LISTSERV machine as being 'from outside' and therefore subject to the relaying rules, regardless if they are both on the same domain/network/etc. What you need to ensure is that realying is enabled in Exchange but lock it down so that it will only allow relaying *from a single IP address* (your LISTSERV machine). You should find this in the same section as where you turn on/off relaying. I haven't played with Exchange 2000 so I can't advise exactly where to look. Hope this helps. -- Chazzozz!!
