	Yes I cheated twice: first as documented, then second, removing the &X=,
	and &Y= (my userid@node).  I use a cookie in my browser so that might
	explain why it works nicely.
	
	Archives (notebooks) by default take on the characteristic of the SEND=
	parameter. If that doesn't match what you want to do, then you need to
	"override" that default behaviour w/ an explicit NOTEBOOK=
	subparameter.  SEND= PRIVATE would default to a PRIVATE archive.  Thus,
	you would need to specify the proper PUBLIC subparm of NOTEBOOK= to
	provide the service that you want.
