There's still nothing in 1.8e that allows you to insert "Precedence: bulk", is there? Apparently, OoO is a server-based rule in Exchange which won't be triggered for messages with Precedence: bulk (Exchange 2000 has also added "list"). I think it's correct that Outlook 2000 now sends OoO messages to the right place, but the problem still persists that mailing list messages still trigger the OoO server-based rule.
