Well, I'll definitely look into LMail but I'll keep this suggestion in mind as well. We will eventually have thousands of lists and I'd rather not clutter up the CP directory if I don't have to. And given our current budget crunch and the original purchase snafu I'm not sure I'll be successful in campaigning for LMail. Thanks for all your help and for filling in the blanks. lisa
