Thanks Chris for replying, although I've sent an HTML email messages before. In my case, there's been a glitch between Outlook 98 & Listserv1.8e, and I haven't find any better solution than to use other mail client. If I send a HTML message using Outlook 98 to an individuals it's coming through as HTML, but if the same message is sent to a list, just plain text's being sent ... If I use some other mail clients, like Outlook Express or Netscape Messenger list subscribers receive HTML messages no problem. If anyone else had similar problem, I'd be glad to share that experience. thanks, Tanya Janic -----Original Message----- From: Chris Wahmhoff [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Thursday, December 19, 2002 4:56 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: HTML body Hi Tanya, Go to our main site at http://whathelps.com and click on the "Help" link in the top blue navigation bar. On the right is a link to the LISTSERV FAQs. Select the "Sending Mail" category and you will find full instructions on sending HTML email to your list. What is the option that would enable it. I'm using Microsoft Outlook 98 [MailFormat=HTML] as mail client. Thanks in advance, Tanya Janic
