You have a subscriber who's forwarding email to a now-extict email address and most likely, the mailer on that system is not returning enough information to point Listserv to the actual address. This can be a major pain in the neck to find. Try setting your list to "Auto-delete=No" then see what messages bounce back. That might lead you to the particular subscription that needs to be deleted. If that doesn't help, run a manual probe of the list.
