Pete, thanks a lot! I liked more the second option because it perfectly satisfies the first two requirements and user can not enable himself to receive messages. I already changed the list header as suggested and worked like a charm. I do not know if there is a way to customize LISTSERV for resolving the third requirement (only receive replies to his own postings). As a temporary solution I am going to ask the list members to manually include the assistant in the To: field when replying to his messages. Hope someone else can provide some input on this.
