Add a filter line to your header. Here are some examples. Don't omit
the "also" on the first one.

* Filter= Also,*@anon.penet.fi,netnews@*,postmast*@*,*daemon*@*,
* Filter= *@*TOPLINEQUOTES.COM,*@*VALUEPLUSDIRECT.COM,*@*CUT-TO-THE-CHASE.COM,
* Filter= *@*TRULYGREATOFFERS.COM,*@*GETTRUESAVINGS.COM,*@*PINPOINTOFFERS.COM
* Filter= *@*BRINGHOMEABARGAIN.COM,*@*KORNET.NET,*@*DATACOMMARKETING.COM
* Filter= *@*SPRINGEOFFERS.COM,*@*EDOMAINOFFERS.COM
* Filter= allow,[log in to unmask]

"also" says to use the additions here in addition to Listserv's internal
list. "Allow" on the last line says to allow the following even though
they would normally be filtered by the internal list.
