Haven't that problem, the lists are configed with size limit and no
attachments such that a virus getting through to the lists is unlikely, and
then there is the final hurdle: me.

Problem wasn't/isn't  that the junk is distributed on the lists, but that
editor is swamped with approval items which ain't gonna be approved.  Find
the "source" and tell 'em to eliminate the infection.
