A lot of this depends on how you are going to roll it out assuming you are using Listserv 1.8e. How are you going to deploy mail, thru the interface or thru a mail client. I used a mail client. The owners had to be trained on how to send out, how to deal with subscriber problems, how to do bulk adds and so on It also depends on your list owners if they are willing to learn. Some of ours are only interested in deploying the newsletters, If they are going to have ownership of the list security also has to be discussed. Bottom line is the more you train the less phone calls and emails you will receive and the less problems you will have moving forward. I do have some docs if you are interested let me know off line. ****************************************************************************** Rob J. I am looking for advise on how other people rolled it out to the listowners. I am concerned, that these owners are going to need a class or something. Some don't even know how to add their users.
