This is a fundamental error.  Presumably the Subscriber wants to receive mail
from your list.  In Challenge/Response systems, there must be some mechanism
for the Subscriber to indicate that mail from the list is wanted and should be
'white-listed' or otherwise able to bypass the C/R, because that's what the
Subscriber wants.  If they don't know how to do this, then assistance (first
from the ISP, then from the C/R provider) should be forthcoming.

If the C/R provider says this can't be done, then they have a pretty poor
excuse for a (lack of) service and the ISP needs to be told why the Subscriber
and now former customer is finding a new ISP with more intelligent staff and
sensible service offerings.
