Then you probably want Auto-Delete=No so that LISTSERV just sends you the bounces as soon as it receives them. This of course relies on the fact that LISTSERV actually receives them, which is not 100% guaranteed, as others here have pointed out. But that's the best LISTSERV can do... If it's truly critical to get 100% message reception (and if the recipients are all somewhat under your control in that they will make changes to to their mail clients if you ask them to), then you could use LISTSERV Maestro and do open-up tracking. This would require: - sending HTML mail, - using Maestro to send it, - setting up "personal" tracking (Maestro supports multiple levels of tracking to protect privacy -- personal tracking is the least private, to be used in cases like this where you have permission from the recipient to track their behavior), - requesting open-up tracking, - making sure that the recipients' email clients actually support open-up tracking (which is often blocked for privacy reasons), - and then checking the tracking reports after each message to make sure that everyone opened up their emails, and following up personally with any that didn't. If your situation warrants this level of effort to make sure 100% of recipients receive 100% of emails, then LISTSERV Maestro may be the solution to your problem. Francoise
