Posting approval requests are sent to the first editor address, unless there is a 'Moderator=' statement which modifies that behavior. You did not include a 'Moderator=' statement above, so I assume that there is no 'Moderator=' statement in the list header. Given the fact that the list is configured with 'Send= Private', the ',(listname)' portion of the 'Editor=' statement is completely superfluous. It serves no useful purpose and has an obvious potential to create confusion and misunderstanding. I would remove it. If the list keyword statements in your message were copied and pasted from the list header without editing, then I am surprised that the list is working as intended. When you have multiple comma-separated operands on a keyword statement, you *MUST NOT* have spaces after the commas. With the exception of an optional space after the equal sign (=), a space in a keyword statement denotes the end of the operand list. Trailing text is treated as a comment. Each and every statement above has spaces where it should not have spaces. -- Paul Russell Senior Systems Administrator OIT Messaging Services Team University of Notre Dame
