LISTSERV generally will obey all applicable internet email standards and will not allow you to do something non-standard like this. This standard requires there be a (syntactically) valid email address in the To: and From: fields of any email message. The From: address represents the author of the message. The To: field contains the List-Address. There may also (optionally) be a descriptive name (such as the List title in To: and the user's name in From:) in addition to the required email address. Even if you could cause LISTSERV to do this, most anti-spam filters will discard the email as malformed (non-standard and therefore likely to be spam) so many of your messages won't get delivered.
