I think an example might be helpful to explain my original intentions ...

In my opinion LSOFT employees ought to be able to post to any *.LSOFT.COM list.
So, given that assumption, I was wondering if it would be possible to configure
a SITE-WIDE setting that would allow [log in to unmask], etc. to be able to post
to any list on the server without explicitly subscribing him to the list or
configuring "SEND = Private, *@LSOFT.COM" for every single list.

Nope.  ALL_REQUEST_ALLOWED_USERS only lets you set up non-Postmasters who have
the right to post to the all-request@your_server alias (which expands to "all
non-quiet list owners").
