Jonathan, We are running 1.8e, where you just need to grant security privileges for the INET_USR anonymous web user account. In this case, you give that account Write permission on the upload folder. I'm not sure if 1.8d works differently. I have created an upload folder in the archive directory and specified the right address to the archive directory in the WWW_ARCHIVE_DIR PATH variable. It says in the documentation that I can specify the username and password of the User that has write protection on that folder. How do I do this?
